Position Overview:
Turn property research and comparable-sales data into clear valuation reports. This pool is for analysts with residential real-estate underwriting experience who can review evidence carefully and explain their conclusions in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research residential properties and identify relevant comparable sales.
– Analyze market data to support as-is and improved property valuations.
– Review property information and images and document the reasoning behind an assessment.
– Prepare accurate, structured valuation reports and underwriting summaries.
– Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent data and reporting standards.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in residential real-estate underwriting, valuation or a closely related analytical role.
– Experience producing valuation reports or underwriting summaries.
– Strong written English and attention to detail.
– A structured analytical approach and confidence using digital research tools.
– Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.
Nice-to-Haves:
– Experience with US residential real-estate markets.
– Familiarity with repair-cost estimates and after-repair value analysis.
– Post-acquisition property, renovation or resale experience.
