📋 General Description
Sun Coast Sciences is looking for a motivated Phone Sales Agent to join the Restock team. You’ll contact existing customers who are running low on products they’ve previously purchased, helping them reorder while identifying opportunities for complementary products. This is a warm-sales role with uncapped earning potential.

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Contact existing customers via phone, SMS, and email to secure reorders.
• Manage an assigned daily queue of reorder opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Review customer purchase history and order details before each interaction.
• Recommend appropriate products and quantities based on customer needs.
• Introduce complementary products to increase order value.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

🎯 Qualifications
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with manual dialing and customer outreach by phone, email, and text.
• Experience working with CRM and order management systems.
• Consultative sales approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection.
• Prior phone sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Stable 50+ Mbps internet connection, backup power/internet, reliable computer, camera, and noise-cancelling headset.
