Position Overview:
Reconcile and verify operational data, maintain KPI and management reporting, and investigate discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and verify operational data, maintain KPI and management reporting, and investigate discrepancies.
- Research information across web sources and retain clear evidence.
- Support calendars, meeting notes, vendors and operational follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Operations or investment-operations experience with advanced Excel for reconciliations, data verification, KPI/management reporting, and absolute data precision - calibre similar to an Operations Associate / Ops Manager in wealth, banking, or corporate ops.
- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
Additional Relevant Experience:
- Generalist investigative research and sourcing across the web and forums, including capturing evidence with screenshots.
- Comfortable light executive admin: calendars, meeting minutes, vendor coordination, and responsive support on a long leash.
- Practical day-to-day use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for ops and research workflows; Power BI or similar dashboards a plus.
- Background in operations, audit, FP&A, bookkeeping, wealth management, banking, asset management, or executive assistance.
