Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance teams and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate vendors, technicians, work orders, service levels and escalations.
- Apply hands-on maintenance knowledge to operational decisions and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven maintenance leadership owning a team, function, or site operations
- Hands-on technical maintenance experience relevant to leading a maintenance function
- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
Additional Relevant Experience:
- People and operations management in a maintenance setting
- Maintenance vendor management experience
- Preventive maintenance program experience
- CMMS or work-order system experience
