Job Title: Luxury Pool Designer - Structure Studios Vip3D

Location: Remote, worldwide.

Salary Range: USD 1,200-1,500 per month.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM US Eastern. Remain connected to the team Microsoft Teams channel with camera off and respond within one business hour.

Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create pool and outdoor-living layouts using real site dimensions and constraints.

- Produce Structure Studios models and renders and maintain organized revisions.

Qualifications:

- Hands-on pool design using Structure Studios Pool Studio or Vip3D. AutoCAD, SketchUp or Lumion alone does not satisfy this requirement.

- Precise technical drafting and experience with residential pool or outdoor-living layouts.

- Ability to work the stated US Eastern schedule full time.
