Legal Assistant - Remote (LATAM) | Full-Time

About the Opportunity

A growing U.S. based law firm is seeking experienced full-time remote Legal Assistants to provide legal, administrative, and executive support to its international legal team.

The firm handles sophisticated legal matters involving entertainment law, contracts, intellectual property, licensing, business transactions, civil and commercial disputes, and complex litigation. The Legal Assistants will work closely with attorneys located across the United States, Mexico, and Colombia, helping the team stay organized, responsive, and prepared for all transactional matters assigned.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who understands the importance of confidentiality, deadlines, accurate documentation, and thoughtful client communication. The successful candidates will have previous experience supporting attorneys or legal teams and will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

The immediate hiring preference is to select a Legal Assistant based in Mexico and/or Colombia. However, highly qualified candidates from other Latin American countries are encouraged to apply if they can work consistently during Central Time or Eastern Time business hours.
