Job Title: Installation Project Coordinator

Coordinate installation projects across customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation projects across customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams.
- Track schedules, deadlines, follow-ups and concurrent work.
- Anticipate issues and drive tasks through completion using CRM and project-management systems.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations coordination, scheduling, customer operations, field services, or related work
- Proven concurrent job, project, or workflow coordination with deadline and follow-up tracking
- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
Additional Relevant Experience:
- Hands-on CRM, project management, scheduling, dispatch, or job management system experience
- Construction, installation, home services, field services, or technician coordination experience
- High-volume concurrent job coordination experience
