Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound home-services inquiries into booked appointments.
- Handle first-contact customer conversations professionally by phone.
- Use prior HVAC, plumbing, tree-care or similar experience to support customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven inbound lead conversion to booked appointments
- Previous home-services experience in HVAC, plumbing, tree care, or similar
- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
Additional Relevant Experience:
- Phone-based customer service as the first point of contact
