šŸ“‹ General Description
The HR Generalist will support HR Business Partners across the US and LATAM regions, serving as a first point of contact for employee relations, coordinating HRBP programs and projects, supporting performance and engagement cycles, and providing data and reporting insights.

šŸ“‹ Key Responsibilities
• Support employee relations cases, review HRBP Agent (AI) information, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate complex cases.
• Support performance management, goal setting, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR projects.
• Manage internal team transfers, documentation, and handoffs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding alongside Talent Acquisition and HR Ops, including new hire check-ins and exit interviews.
• Track headcount, hiring, and attrition trends and prepare quarterly HR dashboards.
• Analyze employee exit data and provide retention insights and recommendations.
• Partner with HR Ops to maintain accurate HRIS data.
• Support HRBPs with workforce data, documentation, and business insights.

• 3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferably experience across multiple geographies.
• Understanding of different business areas such as GTM, Engineering, and Corporate.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with HRIS data.
• Interest in AI development.
• Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
