Position Overview:
Improve website conversion and qualified sales meetings through a disciplined CRO program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve website conversion and qualified sales meetings through a disciplined CRO program.
- Personally build and maintain HTML, JavaScript and CMS-backed website work, landing pages and integrations.
- Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery and connect measurement to qualified demand.
- Own site speed, mobile experience, accessibility, working forms, tracking and release quality.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on ownership of a large-scale B2B website with commercially important conversion flows
- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.
Additional Relevant Experience:
- Proven CRO results improving conversion, qualified meetings, or pipeline
- Proven organic-growth results for relevant traffic or qualified demand
- Practical HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS experience beyond visual website builders
- Personally shipped live website work with traffic, conversion baselines, results, and contribution shown
- AI-assisted changes or debugging in an existing codebase
