📋 General Description
iLogos Game Studios is looking for a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve its financial management processes. The role focuses on budgeting, reporting, financial control, and providing accurate insights to support business growth.

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Own budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.
• Monitor working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, costs, and business profitability.
• Ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.
• Support leadership with business planning and financial decision-making.
• Improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.
• Experience managing budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting to the management board.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
