Job Title: Financial and Operations Analyst
Location: Remote. LATAM sourcing focus: Brazil. Eligible LATAM countries: Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.
Compensation: Confirmed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM US Eastern time.

About the Role:
Support financial reporting, operational analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Turn finance and operations data into clear insights, investigate revenue, cost and margin variances, and help teams improve decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze actuals versus budget and explain revenue, cost, late-fee and margin variances.
- Support month-end close, weekly KPI reporting, data deep dives and leadership reporting packages.
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasts across business units.
- Partner with sales and operations on RFP pricing, cost modeling and operational benchmarking.
- Analyze asset-management, SMB and ecommerce performance, and validate commission data.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on finance or accounting analysis experience with strong Excel and demonstrated budgeting or variance-analysis work.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience with month-end close, weekly KPI reporting, or monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Partnered on pricing analysis or cost modeling (RFP or similar).
- Asset management, SMB, or e-commerce performance analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics, about two years of relevant experience, and PowerPoint skills are preferred. Applicants with one or more years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Available for EST hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a reliable remote setup.
