About the Role
AO Investments is looking for three reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Virtual Assistants to join our real estate operations team.
In this role, you will help process, organize, and market real estate investment properties through InvestorLift, working closely with our U.S.-based Dispositions team.
We are looking for individuals who are organized, proactive, comfortable working with online systems, and committed to accuracy and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, review, and verify property information in InvestorLift.
Upload property details, photos, pricing, and supporting documents.
Research and organize real estate buyers and buyer lists.
Assist with property marketing and buyer outreach.
Update CRM records and track inquiries, follow-ups, and offers.
Monitor property-processing progress and maintain accurate reports.
Coordinate with the Dispositions team to ensure property listings are complete and accurate.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good computer skills and ability to learn online platforms and CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection, a dependable computer, and a backup connectivity plan.
Availability to work during agreed U.S. business hours.
Ability to communicate professionally and meet deadlines.
Previous real estate, property processing, CRM, or InvestorLift experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation and Opportunity
Monthly base compensation of USD $400–$500, depending on the agreed role and schedule.
Performance-based bonuses, subject to established criteria.
