Salary Range: USD 1,500–3,200 per month across the separate tracks below. Each track has its own indicative range; the final offer depends on the opportunity and experience.

Position Overview:
Build your remote career supporting US home services businesses. Choose the role where your experience is strongest.
Key Responsibilities — Separate Role Tracks:
Estimator and Takeoff Specialist (USD 1,500–2,500 per month): Interpret plans and scopes, estimate labor and materials, document cost assumptions and update estimates when project requirements change.
Architectural Drafter (USD 2,000–3,200 per month): Prepare residential drawing sets, apply redlines, maintain drawing versions and generate material takeoffs from project models.
Qualifications:
Clear written and spoken English, availability for US business hours and at least two years of relevant professional experience. Track-specific experience:
– Estimator and Takeoff Specialist: 2+ years; Construction or landscaping estimating, plan reading, labor and materials costing and estimating software.
– Architectural Drafter: 2+ years; Autodesk Revit, basic AutoCAD and residential light-frame construction knowledge.
Nice-to-Haves:
