Concierge Sales Agent (Inbound) – 100% Remote
Fast Mold Testing protects homes from environmental toxins, including mold, lead, and asbestos. Since launching in San Francisco in April 2025, we’ve conducted 1,700+ inspections and 15,000+ tests to protect families from unseen dangers.
What You’ll do:
Receive inbound leads and phone calls through AirCall (zero cold calling).
Empathize with worried homeowners, tenants, and property managers - present solutions, and quote inspection and testing packages.
Guide clients through testing results and connect them with remediation vendors.
What We Offer & Perks:
Competitive Pay (Paid in USD): $1,000 – $2,000/month base salary (based on experience) + uncapped commissions.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,500 – $3,500+/month. Earn on every booking, vendor referral, and completed job.
Commission Ramp Up: 2x month bonus $500 ($1,000 total) while you are trained.

Requirements:
Able to work Pacific and/or East Coast timezones.
Proven sales or high-touch concierge experience required.
Native-level spoken English fluency and empathetic client communication skills.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet working environment.
Experience with CRM software like Hubspot, Salesforce, or custom spreadsheets.
