Bilingual Care Coordinator / Scheduler — Remote, Latin America

Compensation: $10–$12 USD per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, working U.S. Eastern Time hours
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required

Right at Home Davie & Plantation, a home-care agency serving clients in South Florida, is seeking an organized, proactive, and dependable Care Coordinator to join our team remotely.

You will coordinate caregiver schedules, communicate with clients and families, and help ensure that clients receive consistent, reliable care. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position who can take ownership of daily scheduling and follow through on outstanding issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily caregiver schedules using WellSky Personal Care.

  • Fill open shifts and respond promptly to caregiver call-outs and schedule changes.

  • Match caregivers with clients based on care needs, availability, skills, and compatibility.

  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and families in English and Spanish.

  • Confirm shifts, communicate schedule updates, and follow up on attendance.

  • Maintain accurate schedules, notes, and records in WellSky.

  • Coordinate assessment appointments and follow-up tasks with our local team.

  • Escalate urgent concerns promptly and keep management informed.

  • Support other care coordination and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using WellSky Personal Care, formerly ClearCare, is required.

  • Previous scheduling or care coordination experience with a U.S. home-care agency.

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with confidence handling phone calls in both languages.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Sound judgment, a calm approach to unexpected changes, and consistent follow-through.

  • Professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Availability to work agreed hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

  • Reliable internet, a computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace.
