Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cold and warm calls to follow up on marketing leads promptly and efficiently.
- Use a provided script to engage potential clients, while also adapting as needed to effectively
communicate and persuade.
- Convert leads into booked and attended appointments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and appointment-setting targets.
- Accurately record calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on cold and warm calling.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to follow a script while also being adaptable and creative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
