Process new subscriptions, amend existing subscriptions, and complete other requests from customers or internal stakeholders.
Assist with regular bill-runs to ensure clients receive timely and accurate invoices.
Allocate earned revenue from Live services and completed Events based on company revenue recognition policies.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of revenue.
Assist and work with the Billing team to maintain and improve the Billing systems that may involve automation, system migration/integration, and more.
Resolve subscription and billing inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide analytical support and relevant data to different areas of the business for ad hoc analysis.
Support the client renewal process by ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
Complete month end responsibilities including the preparation of reconciliations, internal reporting and variance analysis.
Work with Sales Operations, Business Operations, Core Accounting, Collections and various other departments to complete day to day functions as well as ongoing projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or working towards; accounting or related field preferred.
3 years of Billing experience
Intermediate Excel skills, experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce) a plus
Knowledge of revenue recognition under IFRS is an asset
