📋 General Description
CoreBridge Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase, with a focus on drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, and managing cases from intake through resolution.

📋 Key Responsibilities
• Draft comprehensive demand letters covering liability, damages, and settlement terms.
• Manage pre-litigation cases and review medical records and accident reports.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the case.
• Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.

🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing, focused on personal injury law.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in AI tools.
• Must be based in Colombia and available for a Pacific Time schedule.
