About the Role:

Position Overview:

Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed assessment and intake calls with prospective customers.

- Document needs, use sound judgment and coordinate referrals and handoffs.

- Maintain careful confidentiality in healthcare, behavioral-health or similar intake work.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years as Intake Coordinator or similar in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or patient/customer intake

- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.

Additional Relevant Experience:

- Strong intake documentation, judgment, referrals/hand-offs, and HIPAA-level confidentiality

- Behavioral-health, mental-health, or substance-use intake experience
