This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone.
- Execute brand management strategy including updating the store, product, and A+ content, maintaining weekly performance dashboards, and addressing all seller-central issues.
- Manage all cases within the Seller Central portal including troubleshooting problem ASINs, requesting help with overall accounts, and coordinating parent/child relationships.
- Coordinate with Brand Manager to maintain quality control of the catalog, ensuring all information is accurate and that product and pricing updates are consistent across Amazon’s marketplace.
- Measure and report on category/item performance as well as provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies to improve catalog performance.
- Maintain accurate catalog of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals.
- Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing.
- Work with the brand manager to help forecast annual sales, and manage inventory planning & replenishment.
- Implement marketing roadmap and program innovation to drive this vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, and Display ads.
- Performing market research; Monitor trends and keeping a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; Analyzing brand positioning, consumer insights, and other various data including, but not limited to sales trends, conversion rates, and return trends
You should apply if this sounds like you:
- You must have a minimum of at least 1 year worth of experience with hands-on Amazon’s Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
- Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
- Experience with Walmart.com seller or vendor is a plus!
- Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data.
- Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter seeking to grow our client's business and drive positive results.
- Huge plus if you have had client or agency experience.
