Location: Remote — Latin America excluding Venezuela; Mexico sourcing focus.
Salary Range: Up to USD 4,500 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role:
Own day-to-day accounting operations and lead a remote accounting team. Improve accounting processes and team delivery with hands-on Sage Intacct experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day accounting operations and improve processes.
• Manage, guide and develop a remote accounting team.
• Use Sage Intacct to support reliable accounting workflows.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on accounting management experience, with ownership of daily operations and team delivery.
• Proven Sage Intacct experience is required.
• Very fluent English for leading and supporting a remote team.
Nice-to-Haves:
• ServiceTitan experience, ideally in HVAC or home services.
• Excel and Power Query skills.
