Communication Management: Handle Slack communications, engaging with over 30 agencies, and ensure timely responses to all inquiries.
Email Management: Monitor and manage the executive’s inbox, responding to emails, and prioritizing messages as necessary.
Manage and prioritize the manager’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Filter potential clients based on budget availability and confirm their participation in scheduled demos.
Organize client-requested demos, ensuring that clients participate in the calls and have the budget availability to acquire the services
Organize and ensure the timely payment of outstanding bills, while sending reminders to the executive about upcoming payment deadlines.
Provide support with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and handling other duties as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of remote experience as an Executive/Virual Assistant, preferably for US/Canada startups.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and Slack.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work in MST timezone or EST timezone.
