What You'll Do:
- Manage Booking Confirmations: Maintain and update a checklist for pending bookings and confirmations
- Oversee Seat Availability: Monitor seat availability and facilitate ticket purchases efficiently
- Handle Support Cases: Proactively address support cases for fully booked seats or classes, offering alternative options to customers
- Process Ticket Amendments: Handle ticket amendments as per customer requests to ensure a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with Latin American Operators: Communicate and coordinate with Latin American operators regarding booking and ticketing issues
- Address Problem Cases: Identify and resolve cases leading to financial losses, ensuring timely resolution
- Report Technical Issues: Report technical issues, bugs, or other concerns to the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth operation and accuracy in ticket issuance
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and international operators effectively
- Language Skills: Full proficiency in English. Proficiency in Spanish will be given special consideration
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to managing booking issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer service is a plus
