The Role

As a Startup Scout, your quest is to explore the entrepreneurial landscape, identifying startups that are ripe for the next stage of growth and ready to leap into our world-class Venture Capital Accelerator program.

Responsibilities

• Uncover Hidden Gems: Research and discover promising startups across the US that are gearing up to raise venture capital.
• Build Bridges: Reach out to startup founders via LinkedIn and email, initiating meaningful conversations and evaluating interest in our Accelerator program.
• Navigate the Funding Jungle: Understand and articulate the different stages of startup funding, including pre-seed, series A, series B, etc.
• Be the Connector: Act as the link between enthusiastic entrepreneurs and our Accelerator, helping them understand how our program can turbo-charge their venture capital journey.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of trends, news, and updates in the venture capital ecosystem to ensure you're always one step ahead.

Requirements

• Communication Captain: Advanced English, exceptional written and verbal skills to connect and inspire.
• Startup Savvy: Proven experience with startups and venture capital; you live and breathe entrepreneurship!
• Funding Fluency: Clear understanding of the various funding stages, from pre-seed to series B.
• Proactive Pioneer: Self-driven and resourceful; you don't wait for opportunities, you create them!
• Remote Ready: Comfortable working independently from anywhere, always connected, always on point.

Preferred

Venture Virtuoso: Previous experience working with or in a venture capital accelerator, or similar startup environment.
