Position overview:
Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in the business coaching industry? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join one of our premier business coaching clients. This role will play a pivotal part in the growth and success of the business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for various tasks that encompass community management, lead generation, and assisting with the enrollment of potential customers into our coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our social media channels and engage with the community.
- Follow up with leads in our CRM system and those in the sales pipeline.
- Perform warm and cold calling as well as sending emails to potential leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, generating new business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and diligently follow up with leads as they progress through the sales pipeline.
- Provide support to the company owner with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Deliver regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the business coaching industry.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Position. Business coaching experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong closing skills and a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
- Respectful of confidentiality and the privacy of customer information.
- Must have a stable internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, and noise-canceling headsets
This position is Full-Time (40 per week) 100% remote from home.
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience. Opportunity to grow over time.
