Your Priorities

  • Achieve the sales goal of 5 paid job posts per week
  • Be knowledgeable about the products and service offerings of WeRemoto
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
  • Research and document companies that are hiring remote employees in LATAM
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Including email, video and audio calls
  • Emphasize the features of our products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Answer questions about the products
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements (if needed)
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Ensure excellent notes are taken with regards to customer conversations, follow-ups and initial reach-out emails
  • Collect and record feedback from customers about how the product can be improved, and of additional products or features that can be offered to enhance business


Requirements

  • Able to communicate with English-speaking customers (professional working proficiency)
  • Passion for remote work community and helping customers find remote workers
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • An active listener, influencing people with solutions tailored to their needs
  • Passionate about creating friends out of strangers. Creating fans of you and WeRemoto
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the technology industry
  • Knowledge of recruiting roles and recruiting software
