The position

As we grow to serve more countries and expand on our products and services, we are building out a strong and efficient ecosystem to support our sales organization.

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Sales Enablement Manager, joining our Sales team.

Who You Are

You are a dynamic and driven Sales Enablement Manager, with a demonstrated ability to project manage all aspects of product launches for sales enablement in a fast-growing organization.

You thrive on working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment of Sales needs, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and other teams to drive results.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to execute programs, processes, practices and tools to enable our sales team to effectively sell new offerings.

About the Role

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects to prepare the Sales team to sell new offerings, facilitating training to ensure successful internal launch
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products
  • Ensure Sales is equipped to deliver an excellent buying experience for customers adopting new offerings
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for Sales on new offerings, creating and maintaining documentation as new products become available
  • Work with Sales, Product & Marketing and other key partners to increase sales results and productivity through the development, execution and optimization of a sales enablement program for new offerings
  • Research competitor offerings and train Sales team members on differentiators and selling points
  • Communicate enablement strategy to internal stakeholders
  • Manage overall Sales training cadence and execution

Required Qualifications

  • Team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • 5+ years of sales, sales training and enablement experience
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience developing training for product launches
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
  • Able to accomplish specific tasks while seeing the bigger picture
  • Experience in project management, program management and/or change management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus
  • Previous experience working for a global technology company
  • Startup experience
  • Experience working in global HR industry
