Skills & Background

• Preferred (but not limited to) bachelor's degree in marketing, programming or in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Proficient in English
• Experience with digital platforms and an understanding of their functionalities
• Knowledge of workflows and the ability to apply them in product development
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and address client needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and software quickly
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team to understand client needs and product requirements
• Provide assistance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the products
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by clients, providing timely and effective solutions
• Participate in enhancing the products by identifying areas for improvement and proposing new functionalities to drive innovation
• Apply knowledge of workflows to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather insights and feedback for product enhancements
• Perform testing and quality assurance procedures to verify the functionality and performance of the products
• Document product features, functionality, and updates, providing clear and comprehensive information for internal and external stakeholders
