What you will do:
The Payment Operations Team is dedicated to ensuring seamless administrative and operational support for students throughout their educational journey. This team works across multiple functions including management of students’ documents, accounting, payment and refund processing, loan approvals, data analysis, and reporting. They play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations between students, finance and analytics, ensuring that every student's experience is well-coordinated and efficient.
- Manage partner payments by verifying student details, approving loans, establishing payment schedules, and handling partner payment accounting;
- Oversee loan approvals by monitoring student progress, verifying loans, canceling ineligible loans, and collecting data from other teams;
- Handle student documents such as enrollment agreements, transcripts, and suspension notices, coordinating with other teams for issue resolution;
- Resolve payment operations cases including sending payment links, adjusting payment schedules, handling program transfers, and addressing technical issues;
- Collaborate with other student-facing teams to ensure smooth operations and effective resolution of student issues related to payments, refunds, and documents.

- Is familiar with Notion, Slack (or similar tools) and not afraid to work with numbers and understand when the automation pipelines can ease your life;
- Is interested in the tech industry and ready to dive into it, understands the processes of IT products and online services.
Hard Skills:
- Work experience in IT from 1 year;
- Experience in building processes from scratch;
- Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Advanced level of Excel;
- Billing & invoicing systems;
