You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
  • Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
  • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

Educación/ Titulaciones:

  • Profesional Universitario egresado de las áreas: Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o carrera afín.

Requisitos específicos del puesto:

  • Conocimientos sobre la cadena de suministro bajo un modelo de atención indirecta a clientes.
  • Conocimientos específicos sobre procesos de gestión de ventas tales como: administración de presupuestos de ventas en volumen, inversión en clientes, cuenta por cobrar y manejo de productos invendibles.
  • Conocimientos sobre procesos de manejo y distribución de productos a través de Clientes directos de Canal Cuentas Claves, Mayoristas, Distribuidores y Cadenas de Supermercados.
  • Conocimientos para la elaboración e interpretación de indicadores de inteligencia de ventas.
  • Conocimientos amplios sobre operaciones y logística: facturación, pedidos y despacho.
  • Entendimiento de la dinámica de los canales bajo un enfoque “Sell In / Sell Out”.
  • Desarrollo de planes de negocios por cliente
  • Negociaciones centralizadas y de alcance nacional.
  • Desarrollo de actividades promocionales.
  • Administración de presupuestos de inversión en clientes.

Requisitos asociados con el puesto de trabajo:

  • Experiencia en ventas de 5 a 8 años, preferiblemente en consumo masivo
