Salary Range: $1200-2500 USD/month

Scope of the role

We are seeking a Middle Office Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing work and supporting our clients’ efforts in their Middle and Back Office Technology Suite. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firms, compliance best practices, performance reporting, fee calculations, advisor payouts, and verification of core information.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage and support clients’ Middle and Back Office Technology Suite.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Perform performance reporting, fee calculations, and advisor payouts.
• Reconcile private investment data accurately.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients.
• Communicate effectively in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Utilize technology tools such as Orion, Salesforce, Redtail, and other advisory firm software.
• Maintain data security and client privacy in a remote working environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the workings of a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm.
• At least 3 years of experience of relevant experience for the role.
• Knowledge of compliance best practices.
• Experience with performance reporting, fee calculations, and advisor payouts.
• Understanding of private investments and reconciliation of private investment data.
• Proficiency in Orion’s advisor technology, Salesforce, Redtail, and other advisory firm software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proper working space or home office setup.
