Tasks and Responsabilities

Write Declarations

• Create engaging, error-free, and highly effective declarations in English.

Feedback and Peer Review

• Provide feedback to team members.
• Receive and incorporate feedback constructively.

Review and Correction

• Review and correct completed declarations from other writers.

Document Revision

• Revise documents according to internal specifications, legal requirements, and attorney feedback.

Training and Development

• Provide training, development, and support for the Declaration team.
• Develop and maintain the Declaration Writer Training Matrix.

Accountability

• Hold other writers accountable through constructive feedback.

Template Management

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate templates used for declaration writing.

Case Management

• Read and update MyCase and Airtable case notes along with other documents in the case management system.

Team Development

• Develop the Declaration and Legal teams to enhance their effectiveness.

Process Improvement

• Provide ideas for improving the declaration writing process.
• Monitor and update any outstanding support tickets to ensure case flow is not delayed.
• Create strategies with a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• Native or near-native written English proficiency required
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Code Switching capabilities
• 2ys experience preferred - 1 yr Paralegal experience required
• Previous experience in Law Firm
• Previous experience working with direct clients
• Leadership skills
• Writing proficiency
• Proficiency with MyCase preferred
