As Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building tools to empower our customer success teams, resolve complex customer issues, iterate on processes to maximize efficiency and ensure exceptional support for our customers. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a fantastic experience for both customers and internal teams. You should have a keen eye for all aspects of a customer's needs, and be willing to build creative solutions to scale customer operations.

What you'll do

  • Develop internal tools required for the customer operations team to run efficiently and effectively
  • Support a fast-growing business via tools/scripts creation and optimization; proactively automate and simplify processes
  • Work with engineering and business teams to create UI features for internal teams
  • Be the expert on the Human API pipeline as it relates to different product offerings across mobile and web platforms
  • Create and maintain scripts to build customer reports
  • Monitor Human API pipeline, create alerts to detect and tools to resolve issues that clog the pipeline
  • Investigate issues raised by customer and internal teams, proactively work with the engineering team to deploy fixes to resolve the issues
  • Respond to and amplify issues in a timely manner, communicating across technical and business teams, consistently striving for a satisfactory resolution

About you

  • Minimum of one year experience working with web technologies like JavaScript, React, Node.js
  • Proficiency working with HTML5, CSS3, JSON and XML
  • Experience in building UIs features using RESTful API's
  • Ability to integrate off-the-shelf and custom systems using APIs & scripts
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB is a huge plus
  • Working knowledge of AWS Cloud services is a huge plus
  • Prior experience working with native mobile technologies is a huge plus
