As Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building tools to empower our customer success teams, resolve complex customer issues, iterate on processes to maximize efficiency and ensure exceptional support for our customers. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a fantastic experience for both customers and internal teams. You should have a keen eye for all aspects of a customer's needs, and be willing to build creative solutions to scale customer operations.
