Job Description A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims and government program interviews. Technical Skills:• High school graduate• English Level: 90% or above Requirements: • Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.• Advanced English – level C1 or higher.• High speed internet access with a minimum of 10 MBS.• Access to a quiet workspace.
