Job Title : CoE Order to Cash (SD) Senior Consultant

Purpose & Objective of Position

The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP CSS provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end advisory and support to our Premium Engagement customers.

We guide our customers throughout the entire lifecycle to make the benefits of digital transformation a reality, end to end.

Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects.

As every customer is unique, we provide an individual high-quality support to them based on a value delivery approach.

As SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) Consultant for Order to Cash Area, you will analyze End to End process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks :

Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects

Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization

Safeguard and Optimize Order to Cash processes and their integration with other modules in SAP S / 4HANA / ECC.

Remote / Onsite support in critical customer situations like Global Escalations or War Rooms.

Skills and Competencies

6 years of experience in SD Module with strong knowledge in Sales Order Management, Variant Configuration, Pricing and Conditions, Advanced ATP, Delivery and Shipment Process, Billing Process, Condition Contract and Settlement Management.

Strong knowledge in S / 4HANA Order to Cash Capabilities.

Strong knowledge in Localization areas for Order to Cash / eDocuments like Factura Electronica for Chile, Argentina, México, Perú.

Knowledge in functional integration and cross solution issues between ERP modules like MM, EWM and TM is highly desired.

ABAP code optimization or other technical background like SAP Integration Technologies : SAP ALE / IDocs / RFC / Web Services / REST / oData, is highly desired

Ready to travel for short term assignments

Proactive, self-motivated, and open-mind person with a Can Do aptitude

Able to work under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

Language Skills

English language : mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including US and Canada

Spanish Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)

Portuguese highly desirable
