Job Activities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects from a provided list.
• Introduce and explain our services to prospects.
• Identify potential customer needs and match them with our offerings.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly call and appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

• Standard time: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Mexico City
• Daylight saving: 07:00 am to 03:00 pm Mexico City

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
