ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development : Lead the company's business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.

Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the executive team.What you need to succeedProven experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the digital agency or technology industry.
Digital Expertise : In-depth understanding of the digital landscape, including web design, development, branding, and marketing trends.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on the industry.Strategic mindset : Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse risks, and develop effective business strategies.
Sales acumen : Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building long-term client relationships.
