Role Title: Business Analyst & Assistant to the CEO

  • Direct Report: CEO
  • Area: CEO Office
  • Location: Mexico (Remote)


The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Business Analyst to support a fast, driven CEO. The main tasks will include helping the CEO in his everyday tasks and logistics, identifying process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams. This individual will enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format. The role will also involve day-to-day support of the CEO's agenda and meetings.


Main responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO in emails & day-to-day schedule
  • Manage highly confidential information
  • Crisis management & solving
  • Ability to solve problems with very little supervision
  • Travel arrangements
  • Being involved in overall CEO's activities – including personal matters
  • Multiple business analyst tasks in several department working directly with the CEO, reporting to Jr Chief of Staff
  • Expectation to handle projects by yourself
  • Collaborating with special projects tasked
  • Project planning & activity follow-up within the company
  • Schedule and support the planning of leadership meetings & summits, as well as BoD meetings
  • Participating in key positions recruiting & scheduling activities
  • Collaborating closely with other parts of the company - learn fast and improve skills – becoming an Incode A-player
  • Participate in building a world-class company


Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
