Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure we find the responsible parties for the damages incurred to our vehicles
- Complete the life cycle of a Claim on a timely manner to ensure we’re able to collect the payment for the repair
- Create Claims for every issue submitted
- Keep the department documentation up to date
- Conduct audits
- Provide support to our users regarding their Claims. A great experience will help us reduce the amount of disputes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support any internal functions and requests as needed
- Provide feedback to Claims supervisors and department manager regarding trends and opportunities to improve the department’s processes and customer experience
- Proactively take steps to improve the department’s processes and customer experience
- Direct customers to the appropriate parties and facilitate a seamless handoff if the customer requires additional assistance from a team member from another department
- Meet and/or exceed all the department metrics
- Works as a team with other departments as needed to solve customer issues ensure the customer is getting the best possible care
Requirements What Will Make You Succeed In This Role
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management skills
- Responsibility, efficiency and teamwork are a must
- Ability to manage customer interactions across multiple platforms including phone and email
- Must be an effective communicator with the ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments
- Must be able to able to communicate both written and orally in English
- Must have general computer skills including email, calendar and have the ability to learn custom internal system
