RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess and analyze our client’s problems and pain points
- Meet with clients to identify needs and priorities.
- Analyze technical problems and find the most efficient solutions.
- Interpret client requirements and plan and estimate implementations to resolve them.
- Evaluate alternatives contemplating available resources.
Research and problem solve
- Independently research software functionality as necessary and recommend the most appropriate tech stack for the requirement at hand.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles.
- Contact technical support services if needed.
- Propose solutions to detected issues.
Design and deploy solutions
- Support our technical strategists and business analysts to map out and document technical client workflows and techstacks.
- Discuss solutions, alternatives, and conclude on one course of action.
- Plan and estimate implementation times.
- Develop documentation and record videos to instruct on complex implemented processes.
- Develop and lead training sessions for users on client teams.
Effective communication
- Communicate effectively with all involved stakeholders in projects, both internal and external teams.
- Maintain correspondence with clients in relation to implementations.
- Communicate with clients to clarify and/or prioritize work, respecting their time.
- Be able to explain complex or technical items in a simplified way to the clients and non-technical internal team.
Testing, quality control & assurance
- Generate testing instructions for smooth quality control work.
- Perform quality control on implementations to make sure they meet client standards.
- Test implementations in detail and from the end user’s perspective.
- Crosscheck the work of other specialists to find potential oversights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability: Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday, mostly during US business hours.
- Bilingual professional English proficiency required.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2-3 years of industry experience required (business process automation & optimization, CRM system migration and implementation, and/or custom system integrations).
- Intermediate/Advanced Technical Knowledge in specific platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
- Experience working with Ontraport is a plus.
- Zapier experience is a huge plus.
- Github experience also a plus
Preferred (not required) web development skills:
- HTML: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency
- CSS: Basic proficiency
- JavaScript: Intermediate proficiency
- PHP: Intermediate proficiency
- jQuery: Basic proficiency
- API: General knowledge of API REST development concepts preferred/appreciated
