The Virtual Assistant (part-time) is responsible for providing high-level administrative support. The Virtual Assistant will work directly with the CEO. Some of the tasks of the Virtual Assistant will be as follows.
Responsibilities
- Research, set up and utilize AI to automate (or assist in automating) email responses, social media DMs, and creating posts for social media.
- Able to run everything via grammar and spell check (AI can help)
- Write first drafts of articles from notes the CEO gives, using AI (CEO does a final check)
- Email outreach to potential clients
- Reach out to PR agencies
- Find and manage others (such as finding a person to redo the website)
- Collaborate in the maintenance of the contact database.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Good, stable internet connection.
- English level: Intermediate.
- A university degree is preferred (it is not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in all aspects related to administrative support.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar.
- Familiarity with Kajabi or similar course management tool.
- Knowledge in email marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Be precise and maintain high attention to detail.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Respectful of confidentiality.
This position is part-time (up to 20 hours per week) 100% remote from home.
Compensation: $300 USD per month depending on experience.
