As an Area Manager, you will have theopportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associatesin a distribution warehouse environment.

Fulfillment is howwe refer to completing or fulfilling a customer’s Amazon.com orderand the acts of picking, packing, shipping and delivering theirorder to meet or exceed their expectations! Key jobresponsibilities · Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50Amazon Associates · Communicate policies to Associates and act asthe primary information source for the team, maintainingcompliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed ·Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs· Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safework environment for all Associates · Ensure procedures arefollowed for building security and product loss prevention ·Partner with the management team to establish and maintain qualitycontrol standards · Develop performance goals and objectives toachieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.
This rolerequires to work on a 4x3 or 5x2 journal. The position rotatesshifts at least 2-3 times per year. This is not a remote position,work location is at Tepotzotlán, Edo.
