As an Area Manager, you will have theopportunity to lead and develop your own team of Amazon Associatesin a distribution warehouse environment.

Your main focus will bemotivating, mentoring and coaching your team. As a servant leader,the Area Manager will ensure that their team of Amazon Associateshave all the tools needed to succeed for any task during a shift.

Key jobresponsibilities · Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50Amazon Associates · Communicate policies to Associates and act asthe primary information source for the team, maintainingcompliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed ·Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs· Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safework environment for all Associates · Ensure procedures arefollowed for building security and product loss prevention ·Partner with the management team to establish and maintain qualitycontrol standards · Develop performance goals and objectives toachieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality.

This rolerequires to work on a 4x3 or 5x2 journal. The position rotatesshifts at least 2-3 times per year. This is not a remote position,work location is at Tepotzotlán, Edo.

Mex.- Bachelor's degree orequivalent1+ Years of experience as people Manager - 3+ Years ofGeneral Experience - English Skills (B2+) - Work a flexibleschedule / shift / work area, including weekends, nights, and / orholidays - Solid experience managing department s KPIs and drivenresults- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations,supply chain, transportation or related.
