Youll be integrated in the team practice supporting and enabling teams to deliver value through effective Agile practices. Act as a fellow squad member. Implement Agile methodologies across the organization ensuring adoption and adherence to Agile principles practices and values. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. Use Agile metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement in Agile practices. Mentor and train team members on Agile methodologies and practices. Collaborate with other Agile Practitioners to ensure consistency and standardization of Agile practices across the organization. SKILLS KNOWLEDGE 5+ years of experience as an Agile Practitioner or Agile Coach with demonstrated success in implementing Agile practices. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban and Lean. Experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA Trello or equivalent. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
