También se apoyará con un equipo creativo que se encargará de las ideas de las campañas y un equipo comercial que lo apoyará ante el cliente.

The position

As a Field Marketing Manager for DocuSign LATAM, you will be an active all-round contributor to an integrated and highly-collaborative marketing team, tasked with delivering creative and productive marketing programs into the region in close alignment with the sales team.You will be focused on assisting on the definition and executing of the field marketing plan, including in-person and virtual 1st and 3rd party events for Spanish Speaking LATAM with special focus in Mexico, in order to generate leads and improve brand awareness in line with the key focus segments and industries defined by the region.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director of LATAM Marketing.


  • Determine in-person and virtual 1st and 3rd party events strategy and plan definition for the year and for each quarter, considering input from Sales and other marketing areas
  • Implement the defined events from beginning to end, including workflows, logistics, operations, pre and post event communication
  • Follow up on activities results such as attendees, participants, leads, opportunities, ROI and efficiency
  • Bring new ideas and suggestions to improve the program and make sure it is as efficient as possible
  • Work with sales team to align and implement plan according to their priorities and follow up on events to make sure the team has what is needed to work on leads
  • Work with global marketing team to share results and capture best practices
  • Interact with internal and external speakers to organize presentations and seminars when needed


  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in technology and B2B
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Proven experience in planning and organizing 1st and 3rd party events

En esta oportunidad estamos en la búsqueda de un Agente Comercial y Trade Marketing digital, donde realizara principalmente la Coordinación y Gestión de ventas de marketing digital a nuestros distintos clientes corporativos al rededor del mundo.


Nuestra búsqueda esta orientada a Profesionales graduados en el área de Marketing digital, Economía y Comercial (deseable), con experiencia de 3 años o mas en el rubro de marketing y comercialización ejecutivas e intangibles (preferiblemente productos tecnicos), con un buen manejo de ingles (nivel intermedio- avanzado conversacional).

Se valoraran conocimientos en Inbound marketing, marketing digital y/o formaciones en comercio y estrategias de ventas.

Funciones Generales de la posición

  • Encargado de las ventas y atracción de nuevos clientes (corporativos)
  • Generación y envíos de prospectos de ventas de NaN y SearchMAS
  • Analizar los segmentos de clientes y definir estrategias con propuestas de valor.
  • Identificar oportunidades de clientes, negocios y nichos de mercado, realizar análisis de benchmarking y segmentación, elaborar matrices estratégicas, identificar la evolución del mix de marketing de la institución, con el fin de generar estrategias efectivas. 
  • Realizar y ejecutar planes de acciones comerciales y de ventas en torno al análisis generado.
  • Iniciativas de Marketing en toda la región. Gestionar la implementación de campañas comerciales, publicitarias y de promoción con el objeto de apoyar al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la institución. 
  • Coordinación con área de marketing y comunicación para atracción de nuevos clientes
  • Generación de reportes varios.
  • Seguimiento de indicadores de Ventas.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist (Taboola, Outbrain) is responsible for negotiating and buying advertising inventory.

He/she thrives in building, maintaining, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns and has an experimental and methodological approach. The position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skill, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, deploy, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms with high conversion rates and maximized profitability.

- Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results.

- Active (daily) awareness of campaign performance.

- Test new ideas based on insights gained from campaign management.

- Proactively and effectively optimize media buys utilizing KPIs.

- Ensure that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.

Job requirements

- 4+ years experience in digital-performance marketing with a focus on media buying.

- 2+ years of Taboola and Outbrain advertising experience.

- Yahoo Gemini (Verizon Media Native) experience is a big plus

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.

- Proven track record handling high campaign volume, large budgets, complex targeting strategies, and driving results

- Solid analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data - A MUST!

- Organizational and multitasking abilities.

- High-level Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

- Knowledge of basic statistics.

- Good eye for design and creative assets

- Be open to a long-term working relationship (2+ years).

- Availability during working hours: Monday-Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST time zone.
