As a Social Media Specialist for Brazil you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring Bitso's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.You’ll will be a key player by contributing to the marketing strategies as a social media innovative communicator and creative storyteller. This role will help define and execute strategies to develop our brand online, grow our social media channels, increase content reach and engagement and be the brand voice on all social media channels.

The Director of Retention & Loyalty Marketing is responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring a team of 10+ retention marketing experts. This role is responsible for overseeing all email, SMS, and loyalty marketing efforts for all clients at Noticed. Responsibilities involve creating and monitoring processes, handling client escalations, working cross-departmentally with other teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.
As part of the leadership team, you will act as an integrator for the department, helping the team succeed through hands-on training and development of strategies for our most prestigious clients. Additionally, you will act as a visionary, developing new partnerships and staying on top of the latest retention marketing trends.
